Alcatraz shower room. It has the hottest water, so when the prisoners try to escape by swimming back to San Francisco they would die of shock because they wouldn't be used to cold water.

Part of the punishment of the inmates was seeing the view of San Fransisco every day, but not being able to go there. This drove some of the prisoners crazy!

What a wonderful tour of the city. You really captured that special feeling that is San Francisco. Beautiful weather you had, and the pictures of Alcatraz were spectacular. So cool you had lunch at the Rainforest, and dinner at the Eagle cafe. Plus I love the shirts you got mom and I from the Rainforest.
